Mary Mailler, Program Specialist III, assists with the coordination of CTE’s essential communications occurring amongst the Center’s team members, academic liaisons, and faculty constituents. Drawing on her prior professional background in marketing and communications, she manages front-end development in ensuring service excellence for the Center’s web-based users and clients. With respect to Canvas, she administers user roles and assists as well with the design and implementation of its various graphic systems, features, and assets. Finally, she ensures security and privacy compliance standards for the LMS's user communities are met and maintained on a continuing and ongoing basis. 

Mary holds a BS in Legal Studies and an MS in Communications and Information Management, both from Bay Path University, in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. She also attended the University of Maine at Orono, earning an MFA in Intermedial Fine Arts. Most recently, she holds an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology as well as multiple graduate certificates in Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), E-Learning and Online Teaching, and Mixed Methods Research (MMR), all of which were obtained from Texas Tech University. Currently, she is enrolled in A&M's College of Law Masters of Legal Science program focusing on Risk Management and Compliance.  

Mary’s lifework has centered on visual arts and arts education for the past two decades. She has taught undergraduate level art history courses at Texas Tech University and courses in new media and writing at George Mason University. Other lifelong passions of Mary’s include pursuing fitness, veganism, and running races for local causes.
