CTE supports faculty in exploring and integrating generative AI into teaching through practical guidance, professional learning, and resources grounded in effective pedagogy. We help faculty consider where AI can enhance teaching and learning, how to make intentional pedagogical decisions about its use, and how to address emerging questions around responsible and ethical AI use. Our goal is to help faculty design meaningful learning experiences that prepare students to use AI thoughtfully and effectively in their academic and professional lives.

The Generative AI Learning Community brings together Texas A&M faculty from across disciplines to build foundational AI knowledge, explore meaningful applications of generative AI in teaching, and develop faculty-driven projects that advance student learning. Through workshops, collaboration, hands-on practice, and peer exchange, participants move from exploring possibilities to implementing and evaluating AI-enhanced teaching practices. Special thanks to the Texas A&M Institute of Data Science (TAMIDS) for providing bursary support that helps expand faculty participation in the Generative AI Learning Community.
