Biographical Information

Ryan is a Finance major and a member of the Class of 2007. During her freshman year at A&M, she was a member of Aggie Leaders of Tomorrow, a Freshman Leadership Organization in the MSC, and a member of CARPOOL. She was also very active in her dorm, FHK, hall council as a floor representative. Ryan was also a fish camp counselor in Camp Novak, where she shared her Aggie Spirit and love for A&M’s Traditions with incoming freshmen. She is now a fish camp counselor in Camp Kazeem. Last summer, Ryan interned at Joseph Chris Partners, a recruiting firm in Houston.

Ryan has always wanted to give back to A&M in a unique way. Combining her love for the Traditions and helping others grow with their leadership, Ryan co-founded a Freshman Leadership Organization this year, Freshman Aggies Spreading Traditions (FAST). The purpose of this organization is to develop leaders among freshmen through teamwork, communication, planning, delegation, and responsibility while placing an emphasis on Aggie Traditions. Ryan served as the Assistant Director for the ’04-05 school year and is serving as the Director for the ’05-06 school year.

Ryan is also a member of Mays Business Fellows. Each year, the Fellows Program selects 50 of the most promising students to represent the top 1% of the College of Business. These students demonstrate strong leadership characteristics and the ability to be exceptional team players. Through her experiences in this program Ryan has decided she would like to get her M.S. in Human Resources at Mays Business School and go onto work as a recruiter at an Investment Bank.
